We would love all of our customers to be pleased with their orders. However, if
this is not the case, you have the right to return your item(s) up to 
14 days from
date of delivery.

You must inform us and return your items up to 14 days from the date of delivery, this must be via email:  customerservices@venusloves.com

If you do not notify us and return your item(s) within 14 days, we reserve the right to refuse your return & refund.

All returns must include a note of the order number inside or your packing slip.
This ideally will be your order confirmation, however a note of your order number, address and full name will be fine!

All products must be returned unworn* and in the same packaging they arrived
in. We cannot offer any return or refund on worn items for hygiene reasons. We do
recommend you keep all Venus Loves packaging, not just because it's nice but
because you never know if you'll need it!

All earrings are exempt from returns, due to hygiene reasons. 

If you wish to send back part of your order when purchased as part of a multi-buy (buy x get y) discount, we can offer a part refund depending on what items are sent back. This is to be dealt with on a case-by-case basis and will be discussed via email before any refunds are offered.

PLEASE NOTE

The return postage is the responsibility of you, the customer & original postage is
non refundable.

If you have damaged your items or they show signs of wear we cannot accept a
return.

Please ensure the correct postage is used (we also recommend using a signed for
service). If you choose to return items to us via a non-signed for service and the
items are misplaced in transit, the responsibility is unfortunately on yourself.

EXCHANGE

Please email customerservices@venusloves.com within 14 days of receiving your item and provide your order number and details of your exchange request. If you wish to exchange your goods for a different size or colour we will endeavour to accomodate all request, however we can not guarantee stock availability.

*Items worn purely to see if they fit are not considered worn. In the unlikely event that
an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to
you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
